Marking An Item Stocked

Task/Problem Overview

This article will discuss how to make an inventory item stocked. The Stocked setting is used to mark an item and indicate that the product is actively carried in the warehouse inventory. This setting will also enable the item to appear in your critical purchasing screen when inventory levels are depleted.

Marking an Item as Stocked

To start a user will navigate to Inventory > Inventory Manager > Item Manager and search for the item. With the item populated a user will select the Warehouse Icon.

Once on the Warehouse screen, a user will navigate to the lower left hand portion of the screen to the Inventory Control section. From here, the user will locate the Stocked checkbox and mark it with a checkmark.

Once enabled, the screen can be closed out of and the changes saved to finalize the Stocked setting.
